Because orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp, your messages and number are handled within WhatsApp, which has its own privacy terms. Payments are made via UPI / GPay, which are operated by those payment providers under their own terms. For shipped orders, your delivery address is shared only with the courier / delivery service needed to get your rug to you. I share your information with these services only as far as it's needed to complete your order.
This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to help me understand how visitors use my site — for example, how many people visit, which pages they view, and roughly where they're visiting from (country/region). This information is collected in an aggregated, anonymised way — it does not tell me your name, phone number, or personal identity, and I use it only to improve the site and understand what's working.

The only other thing stored on your device is a small note saved by the "spin & win" game — it simply remembers how many spins you've used that day so the game works fairly. This stays on your device, is not sent to me, and holds no personal information.
I keep your order information only as long as needed to complete and support your order, and for a reasonable period afterwards for my own records (for example, in case of a re-order or a delivery query). If you'd like your details removed after your order is complete, just ask and I'll delete them.

That said, as with any independent studio communicating over messaging and payment apps, no method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure — but I only ever collect the minimum needed, which keeps your exposure low.
